UMPIRE EVALUATION FORMS NEEDED FOR EACH GAME

Managers and Coaches - Please remember to complete an umpire evaluation form for as many of your games as possible. These forms are available in the snackbar. This process will allow the Board of Directors to  improve the quality of umpiring at ELB.
All completed forms should be left in the scorecard mailbox.
